Pursuant to the notice no. 289/2022/TB-DXG/PTC dated 25th November 2022 of Dat Xanh Group Joint Stock Company on cancelling the list of shareholders for 2022 Extraordinary General Meeting, Vietnam Securities Depository – Hochiminh Branch would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling of the list of shareholders attending 2022 Extraordinary General Meeting, the record date of 10th October 2022 in accordance with Notice no. 1271/TB-CNVSD dated 21st September 2022 by VSD's branch.
Reason: Contents seeking for opinions at 2022 Extraordinary general meeting will be considered for addition to the agenda of 2023 Annual general meeting
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
