- Execution rate: 100 : 17 (shareholders owning 100 share will receive 17 new shares)
- Principle of rounding and handling fractional shares (if any): the number of shares issued to existing shareholders will be rounded down to the whole number. The fractional shares (if any) will be removed.
- For example: Shareholder A owns 110 shares on the record date will receive (110 x 17) : 100 = 18.7 shares. According to the rounding principle, shareholder A will receive 18 shares, the 0.7 fractional shares will be removed.
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive shares at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive shares at Dat Xanh Group Joint Stock Company, no.2W Ung Van Khiem, ward 25, Binh Thanh district, Hochiminh city. ID cards  have to be presented.
