Pursuant to the notice no. 82/CV-HUD3 dated 04/08/2025 of HUD3 Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company (securities code: HU3) on cancelling the list of shareholders for 2025 annual general meeting , Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the list of shareholders for 2025 Annual general meeting, the record date: 23/04/2025 in accordance with Notice no.1346/TB-VSDC dated 04/04/2025 by VSDC's Branch.
Reason: At the request of HUD3 Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
