Pursuant to the notice no. 92/CV-HUD3 dated 08/11/2024 of HUD3 Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company (securities code: HU3) on cancelling the list of shareholders for 2024 Extraordinary general meeting , Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the list of shareholders for 2024 Annual general meeting, the record date: 26/04/2024 in accordance with Notice no.1583/TB-VSDC dated 10/04/2024 by VSDC's Branch.
Reason: To hold the annual general meeting , HU3 must have approval from the Housing and Urban Development Corporation (HUD Corporation). As of 30/06/2024, HU3 has not received written approval from HUD Corporation, so it has not yet held the 2024 annual general meeting. The Board of Directors finds that the list of shareholders exercising the right to attend the 2024 annual general meeting, the record date of 26/04/2024, is no longer consistent with the actual situation.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
