Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) would like to announce the record date as follows:

- Reason and purpose: 2013 Annual General Meeting.

- Execution rate: 1 share - 1 voting right.

- Meeting time: To be announced later on invitation letter.

- Meeting venue: 256 Kim Giang, Dai Kim, Hoang Mai, Hanoi.

- Meeting agenda:

+ Approval of 2012 audited financial report;

+ 2012 Report by the Board of Directors;

+ 2012 Report by the Supervisory Board;

+ 2013 business & production plan;

+ Re-electing members of the Board of Directors and the Supervisory Board;

+ Other issues on changing the contents of business registration and Charter;

+ Expanding business operation and raising charter capital.

Depository members (DMs) are requested to check and send confirmation in the form of Certificate of Authorization on the accuracy of the list of shareholders having deposited PTM shares via VSD's terminal for DMs/ or via email address thongbaoxacnhan@vsd.vn for direct account holding members.

(In case of rejection due to data errors, DMs are requested to send written notice on details of errors for necessary correction).

Deadline for sending confirmation: by 3 pm, 22 March 2013.

If members do not send confirmation document by the above deadline, VSD will consider the list provided to DMs by VSD accurate and confirmed. In case of arising disputes and losses to shareholders, DMs will have to bear all the related responsibilities.

DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs within 3 working days from the date on the notice.
