Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) would like to announce share registration cancellation of the issuer as follows:

- On 29th November 2018, VSD fixes the list of owners of PTM shares for cancellation of securities registration.

DMs are kindly request to co-operate with VSD as follows:
From 28th November 2018, VSD will not accept lodging, withdrawal and ownership transfer of PTM shares. DMs are kindly request to inform investors accordingly.

From 30th November 2018, VSD will make and transfer the list of shareholders who have deposited PTM shares (Report code: CA001) in the form of Certificate of Authorization to DMs.

Depository members (DMs) are requested to compare the securities holders’ information in the List generated and sent in the form of Certificate of Authorization by VSD with the information managed by DMs then send Confirmation (Form 03/THQ) in the form of Certificate of Authorization on the accuracy of the list of shareholders (For DMs who have not completed the connection to VSD’s terminal-based gateway/ISO-based gateway or where the connection has been disrupted, the Confirmation with Certificate of Authorization shall be sent to thongbaoxacnhan@vsd.vn). In case of rejection due to data errors, VSD's members are requested to send written notice on details of errors for necessary correction.
Deadline for sending confirmation: by 11.30 am, 3rd December 2018.
If DMs do not send confirmation document by the above deadline, VSD will consider the list provided to DMs by VSD accurate and confirmed and will send the list of securities holder to the issuer. In case of arising disputes and losses to shareholders, DMs will have to bear all the related responsibilities.

From 4th December 2018, the share code of PTM, ISIN VN000000PTM7 issued by VSD will become invalid and VSD will not accept registration, depository, clearing and settlement of PTM shares. VSD will automatically withdraw all deposited PTM shares on the valid date of registration cancellation. Members are requested to withdraw PTM shares from investors' accounts on 4th December 2018 and inform relevant investors to contact issuer to execute procedures for issuing Certificate of share ownership/passbook.
