- Principal of rounding, handling shares: The number of shares issued for dividend payment to each existing shareholder will be rounded down to the whole number to ensure that the total number of shares distributed does not exceed the total number of shares issued. The decimal fractional shares (if any) will be removed, and the new charter capital will be registered on the number of actually distributed shares.
Example: On the record date, shareholder who owns 101 shares are entitled to receive 101 x 30% = 30.3 shares. According to the rounding principle, shareholder A will receive 30 shares, the 0.3 fractional shares will be removed.

ID cards have to be presented.
