On 29/4/2026, the Board of Members ofVietnam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) issued Decision 17/QD-HDTV on issuing the Guideline on the depository and settlement of transactions for greenhouse gas emission allowances, carbon credits, and carbon depository members by VSDC's Board of Members.
