In accordance with Plan No. 123-KH/BTGDVTW dated June 26, 2026, of the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee, Official Letter No. 934-CV/ĐU dated June 26, 2026, of the Government Party Committee, and Official Letter No. 1254-CV/ĐUBTC-BTGDV dated June 26, 2026, of the Party Committee of the Ministry of Finance regarding participation in the National Conference on studying, understanding, and implementing Resolution No. 10-NQ/TW of the Politburo on the development of the foreign-invested economy, on the morning of June 30, 2026, all Party members of Vietnam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) Party Committee participated in the online conference at VSDC's headquarters in Hanoi and its Ho Chi Minh City branch.
At the Conference, Party members attending the Conference were briefed on the core contents of Resolution No. 10-NQ/TW, including an assessment of the results of nearly 40 years of attracting foreign direct investment (FDI); outstanding new points in the development of the foreign-invested economy; limitations and shortcomings in attracting FDI in the past; and viewpoints, goals, and tasks for developing the FDI-invested economy in the new period. In addition, the Conference also included presentations from leaders of ministries, sectors, and localities, and representatives of foreign-invested enterprises to clarify solutions for implementing the Resolution.
