On 07/7/2026, Vietnam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) held a ceremony to announce the appointment of the Head of the Supervisory Board of VSDC, chaired by Mr. Tran Van Binh, Deputy Director of the Personnel and Organization Department - Ministry of Finance. Attending the ceremony were Mr. Nguyen Hoang Duong - Vice Chairman of the State Securities Commission (SSC), Mr. Nguyen Son - Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the Board of Directors of VSDC, representatives from the Personnel and Organization Department - Ministry of Finance and the SSC, along with all VSDC's key officials.

At the ceremony, Mr. Tran Van Binh, Deputy Director of the Personnel and Organization Department - Ministry of Finance, announced the Decision of the Minister of Finance regarding the transfer and appointment of Mr. Nguyen Nhan Nghia to the position of Head of the Supervisory Board of VSDC; and presented the Decision and flowers to congratulate the newly appointed official.
