Within the framework of the Joint Capital Market Program (J-CAP), a World Bank (WB) mission visited and worked with Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) from 24-30/6/2026 to discuss detailed technical aspects of the Central Counterparty (CCP) model for the cash  market in Viet Nam.
Representing VSDC at the working sessions were Mr. Duong Ngoc Tuan, Deputy General Director, together with representatives of VSDC's relevant business operation departments. The World Bank delegation was represented by Mr. Zsolt Bango, Head of the J-CAP Team in Viet Nam, and Mr. Gyorgy Dudas, Consultant to the World Bank Group. The meetings were also attended by representatives of the relevant departments of the State Securities Commission of Vietnam (SSC), namely the Market Development Department, the Business Management Department, and the Legal Affairs and International Cooperation Department.
