From July 6-10, 2026, a delegation from the Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC), led by Mr. Nguyen Anh Minh – Deputy Head of the Bond Registration Management Board, attended the 46th ASEAN+3 Bond Market Forum (ABMF) and the 35th Cross-Border Payment Infrastructure Forum (CSIF), held at Hokkaido University, Sapporo City, Japan. The series of events, co-organized by the Asian Development Bank (ADB), Hokkaido University, and XBRL International, focused on "Sustainable Development, Food Security, and the Role of Finance," and brought together over 100 experts representing finance ministries, central banks, securities market regulators, CSDs, stock exchanges, and major financial institutions in the ASEAN+3 region.
