Pursuant to the document no.05/2025/CV-HG dated 22/04/2025 of Royal Manufacture and Investment Joint Stock Company regarding cancellation of the List of shareholders exercising the right to attend 2025 Annual General Meeting, Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) - Hochiminh Branch would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the list of shareholders for 2025 Annual General Meeting, the record date: 18/03/2025 in accordance with Notice no.285/TB-CNVSDC dated 21/02/2025 by VSDC.
Reason: The securities registering institution has not finalized the meeting materials for 2025 Annual General Meeting.
