Pursuant to the document no. 02/2024/CV-HG dated 21/02/2024 of Royal Manufacture and Investment Joint Stock Company regarding cancellaton of the list of shareholders for 2024 annual general meeting, Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) - Hochiminh Branch would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the list of shareholders for 2024 annual general meeting, record date: 07/02/2024 in accordance with Notice 86/TB-CNVSDC dated 23/01/2024 by VSDC's branch.
Reason: the Company has not finalized the meeting material of 2024 annual general meeting
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
Cancelling the list of shareholders for 2024 annual general meeting, record date: 07/02/2024 in accordance with Notice 86/TB-CNVSDC dated 23/01/2024 by VSDC's branch.
Reason: the Company has not finalized the meeting material of 2024 annual general meeting
