Pursuant to the document no. 385/CV-SD3-TCKT dated 18/12/2024 of Song Da 3 Joint Stock Company (securities code: SD3) regarding changing 2015 cash dividend payment, Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) - Hochiminh branch would like to announce change of cash dividend payment time of SD3 shares (the record date: 06/10/2016) as follows:

+ Payment time: 31/12/2025 (11th adjustment)
Reason: Because the Company has completed construction projects since 2015, the investor has not yet arranged the payment source, so the Company has not paid dividend as planned.
Other information in the notice no. 1023/TB-CNVSD dated 22/09/2016 remain unchanged.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
