Pursuant to the document no. 385/CV-SD3-TCKT dated 21/12/2023 of Song Da 3 Joint Stock Company (securities code: SD3) regarding changing 2015 cash dividend payment, Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) - Hochiminh branch would like to announce change of cash dividend payment time of SD3 shares (the record date: 06/10/2016) as follows:

+ Payment time: 31/12/2024 (10th adjustment)
Reason: Because the investor has not yet arranged capital to pay the Company, the cash flow cannot meet the dividend payment requirement as planned.
Other information in the notice no. 1023/TB-CNVSD dated 22/09/2016 remain unchanged.
