SD3: Cancellation of the List of Shareholders for Corporate Actions

Pursuant to notice no. 78/SD3-TCKT dated 10th April 2023 of Song Da 3 Joint Stock Company on cancelling the list of shareholders for 2023 annual general meeting, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) - Hochiminh Branch would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the list of securities owners for 2023 annual general meeting, the record date 22nd March 2023 in accordance with Notice no. 433/TB-CNVSD dated 7th March 2023 by VSD.
Reason: SD3 changes the record date to exercise the right of 2023 Annual General Meeting (the new record date is 26th April 2023).
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs
Cancelling the list of securities owners for 2023 annual general meeting, the record date 22nd March 2023 in accordance with Notice no. 433/TB-CNVSD dated 7th March 2023 by VSD.
