Related to the 4th payment of interest and principal of Phu Tho Land Joint Stock Company - bond code: PTJ12301 (record date: 09/08/2024, payment date: 26/08/2024), Vietnam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce as follows:
As of 11:30 a.m. on 23/08/2024, VSDC has not yet received the payment of the 4th interest period and principal or the explanation document on the delayed cash transfer from  Phu Tho Land Joint Stock Company. Therefore, VSDC will notify depository members of the time for making the 4th interest period and principal of PTJ12301 bond after receiving the written notice from Phu Tho Land Joint Stock Company.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above bonds at DMs.
