Pursuant to Document No. 4897/CNVSDC-ĐK.NV dated 19/06/2024 on change of payment time for bond principal and interest - bond code: TRN12101) and Document No. 429/024/CV/TNG dated 18/06/2024 of Trung Nam Construction Investment Corp on 2nd change of payment time for bond principal and interest 31/07/2024 (record date: 13/05/2024) as follows:
However, as of 10:00 on 30/07/2024, CNVSDC has not yet received the principal and interest payments from the Issuer. Therefore, CNVSDC cannot transfer the principal and interest payments to the DMs. CNVSDC will transfer the principal and interest payments to the DMs immediately after receiving the principal and interest payments from the Issuer.
CNVSDC will transfer the principal and interest of the bonds to the DM immediately after receiving the principal and interest payment from the Issuer.
