Pursuant to Document No. 338/024/CV/TNG dated 15/05/2024 of Trung Nam Construction Investment Corp (bond code: TRN12101) on change of payment time for bond principal and interest, Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation - Ho Chi Minh City Branch would like to announce change of payment time for bond principal and interest (record date: 13/05/2024) as follows:

Payment time: 21/06/2024 (1st change)
Reason: the Issuer has not arranged sufficient fincance for payment all matured bonds.
The Issuer commits to comply with the provisions of prevailing laws, bond documents and regulations of VSDC and is responsible to bondholders for obligations of principal, interest payment and late payment interest according to regulations to ensure the legal rights of Bondholders
Other contents in the Notice no.925/TB-CNVSDC dated 26/04/2024 by VSDC's Branch remain unchanged.
