Pursuant to Document No. 429/024/CV/TNG dated 18/06/2024 of Trung Nam Construction Investment Corp (bond code: TRN12101) on change of payment time for bond principal and interest, Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation - Ho Chi Minh City Branch would like to announce change of payment time for bond principal and interest (record date: 13/05/2024) as follows:

Reason: the Issuer has not arranged financial sources for payment of all matured bonds.
The Issuer commits to complying with the provisions of prevailing laws, bond documents and regulations of VSDC and is responsible to bondholders for obligations of principal, interest payment and belated payment interest according to regulations to ensure the legal rights of Bondholders
