DOP: Cancellation of the List of Shareholders for Corporate Actions

According to the Notice no. 03/2024/TB-DOP dated 17/04/2024 of DongThap Petroleum Transportation Joint Stock Company on cancelling the list of 2024 annual general meeting, Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) - Hochiminh Branch would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the the list of shareholders for 2024 annual general meeting on the record date 04/04/2024 in accordance with Notice no. 689/TB-CNVSDC dated 18/03/2024 by VSDC's Branch.
Reason: The issuer has not prepared in time for the Annual General Meeting
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
Cancelling the the list of shareholders for 2024 annual general meeting on the record date 04/04/2024 in accordance with Notice no. 689/TB-CNVSDC dated 18/03/2024 by VSDC's Branch.
Reason: The issuer has not prepared in time for the Annual General Meeting
