GEG: Cancellation of the List of Shareholders for 2024 Annual General Meeting

Pursuant to the notice no.16/2024/TB-GEC dated 08/04/2024 of Gia Lai Electricity Joint Stock Company (securities code: GEG) on cancelling the list of 2024 annual general meeting on the record date: 29/03/2024, Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the the list of shareholders for 2024 annual general meeting on the record date 29/03/2024 in accordance with Notice no. 1228/TB-VSDC dated 12/03/2024 by VSDC.
Reason: Extending the time of the 2024 Annual General Meeting to better prepare contents to be discussed.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
Cancelling the the list of shareholders for 2024 annual general meeting on the record date 29/03/2024 in accordance with Notice no. 1228/TB-VSDC dated 12/03/2024 by VSDC.
