Securities deregistration at VSDC does not change the legal rights and interests of securities owners. Gia Lai Electricity Joint Stock Company is responsible for managing information on securities and securities owners after the securities are cancelled at VSDC, continuing to exercise the legal rights and interests of securities owners (if any) in accordance with prevailing laws.
Gia Lai Electricity Joint Stock Company and the institutions, individuals involved in the process of preparing the dossier, materials of securities deregistration due to capital reduction are fully responsible before the law for the legality, accuracy, truthfulness and completeness of the dossier; The institutions, individuals involved in verifying dossier, materials are fully responsible before the law within the scope related to above dossier, materials as prescribed in Clause 1, Article 11a of the Securities Law no.54/2019/QH14 dated 26/11/2019, supplemented in Clause 4, Article 1 of the Law no. 56/2024/QH15 dated 29/11/2024.
