Pursuant to the document no. 259/TB-CTTC dated 27/10/2023 of To Chau Joint Stock Company on cancelling the list of shareholders for 2023 annual general meeting, Vietnam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) - Hochiminh Branch would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the list of shareholders for 2023 annual general meeting, the record date of 11/04/2023 in accordance with Notice no. 552/TB-CNVSD dated 16/03/2023 by VSD's Branch.
Reason: the Issuer has to finalize the agenda of Annual General Meeting
