TCJ: Cancellation of the list of shareholders for corporate actions

Pursuant to the document no. 90/2022/TB-CTTC dated 13th June 2022 of To Chau Joint Stock Company on cancelling the list of shareholders for 2022 annual general meeting, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) - Hochiminh Branch would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the list of shareholders for 2022 annual general meeting, the record date of 9th February 2022 in accordance with Notice no. 52/TB-CNVSD dated 21st January 2022 by VSD's Branch.
Reason: the Issuer has not finalized the agenda of 2022 Annual General Meeting
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
Cancelling the list of shareholders for 2022 annual general meeting, the record date of 9th February 2022 in accordance with Notice no. 52/TB-CNVSD dated 21st January 2022 by VSD's Branch.
