MEC: Cancellation of the List of Shareholders for Corporate Actions

Pursuant to the document no. 30 CT/TCHC dated 9th May 2023 of Song Da Mechanical - Assembling Joint Stock Company on cancelling the list of shareholders for 2023 annual general meeting, the record date: 5th April 2023, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the list of shareholders for 2023 annual general meeting, record date: 5th April 2023 in accordance with Notice no. 1056/TB-VSD dated 22nd March 2023 by VSD.
Reason: The company needs more time to complete the document before organizing Annual General Meeting.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
Cancelling the list of shareholders for 2023 annual general meeting, record date: 5th April 2023 in accordance with Notice no. 1056/TB-VSD dated 22nd March 2023 by VSD.
