MEC: Cancellation of the List of Shareholders for 2021 Annual General Meeting

Pursuant to the document no. 36/CT-TCKT dated 12th May 2021 of Song Da Mechanical - Assembling Joint Stock Company on cancelling the list of shareholders for 2021 annual general meeting, the record date: 29th March 2021, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the list of shareholders for 2021 annual general meeting, record date: 29th March 2021 in accordance with Notice no. 1040/TB-VSD dated 17th March 2021 by VSD.
Reason: due to the complicated situation of Covid-19, the Company decided to postpone and change the time of holding 2021 Annual General Meeting
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
Cancelling the list of shareholders for 2021 annual general meeting, record date: 29th March 2021 in accordance with Notice no. 1040/TB-VSD dated 17th March 2021 by VSD.
