Pursuant to Official Dispatch No. 2186/UBCK-PTTT dated 20th May 2021 of the State Securities Commission on approving the trading intermission schedule for 2023, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) would like to announce the holiday and settlement schedule for securities transactions the occasion of Hung Kings Commemoration Day (10th of March, lunar calendar), the Liberation Day 30th of April and the International Labor Day 1st of May as follows:

VSD will have a day off from Monday, 1st May 2023 to Wednesday, 3rd May 2023  (according to Labor Code).

Securities transactions with T+2 settlement cycle executed on 27th and 28th April 2022 will be settled on 4th and 5th May 2023 respectively; securities transactions with T+1 settlement cycle executed on 28th April 2022 will be settled on 4th May 2023.
VSD would like to inform depository members, clearing members, direct account holders and kindly request depository members, clearing members to inform this holiday and settlement schedule to investors.
