Pursuant to the notice no.0704/2023/CNC-CV dated 7th April 2023 of CNC Capital Viet Nam Joint-Stock Company (securities code: KSQ) on cancelling the list of shareholders on the record date of 27th March 2023, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the list of securities owners for 2023 annual general meeting, the record date: 27th March 2023 in accordance with Notice no. 880/TB-VSD dated 10th March 2023 by VSD.
Reason: Due to the specifics of the Company', the auditing company needs more procedures to audit 2022 financial statements and the implementation time has not bee agreed on. Therefore, the Company has selected a new auditing company with the hope to provide financial reports to the Company's shareholders as early as possible.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs
