Pursuant to document no.81/TB-DMCS dated 21st March 2023 of DMC - Southern Petroleum Chemicals Joint Stock Company on cancelling the list of shareholders for postal ballot regarding election of members of the Board of Directors (BOD), Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) - Hochiminh Branch would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the list of shareholders for postal ballot regarding election of BOD members, record date: 20th February 2023 in accordance with Notice no. 104/TB-CNVSD dated 9th February 2023 by VSD.
Reason: Because the execution time of postal ballot to approve election of BOD members is close to the meeting time of 2023 Annual General Meeting, DMC - Southern Petroleum Chemicals Joint Stock Company will change to election of BOD members via voting at  2023 Annual General Meeting.
This notice of VSD's Branch is for DMs' information and notification to investors  who have deposited the above shares at DMs.
