Based on Official Letter No. 145/CV-VPI dated 04/6/2026 from Van Phu Real Estate Development Joint Stock Company regarding the cancellation of the record date for the 4th payment of interest and principal of VPI12401 bond (the record date: 12/6/2026, payment date: 29/6/2026), Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation would like to announce as follows:
- Cancellation of Notice of the record date for the 4th payment of interest and principal of VPI12401 bond no.2459/TB-VSDC dated 03/6/2026 by VSDC.
- Reason for cancellation: According to Clause 8.4, Section 8 of the bond's terms and conditions, if the maturity date is not a working day, the bondholder will be entitled to interest calculated on the principal amount due on that due date for the extended period. Therefore, the interest calculation period on the payment date of 29/6/2026 will have additional 2 days of interest accrual compared to Notice No. 81/CV-VPI dated 01/6/2026 from Van Phu Real Estate Development Joint Stock Company.

Van Phu Real Estate Development Joint Stock Company is responsible for paying the full and timely interest and principal of VPI12401 bond to bondholders and for any disputes that may arise.
