AGG: Cancellation of the record date

Pursuant to the Notice no.19/2023/AGI-IR dated 14th March 2023 of An Gia Real Estate Investment and Development Corporation on cancelling the record date for 2023 annual general meeting, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) - Hochiminh Branch would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the record date of 20th March 2023 for 2023 annual general meeting in accordance with Notice no. 295/TB-CNVSD dated 28th February 2023 by VSD's Branch.
Reason: The company is in the process of relocating the office and changing the address of the head office, so the Board of Directors decided to postpone 2023 Annual General Meeting according to the previously approved plan in order to ensure the meeting place as well as improve the meeting organization
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
