Reason: Dai Thinh Phat Construction Investment Joint Stock Company is is currently facing cash flow restrictions due to force majeure events. At the same time, the Company is in the process of seeking bondholder approval regarding the extension of bond term and future debt payment plans, therefore it is unable to make interest payment as previously announced.

During the period of belated payment, Securities Registering Institution shall be fully responsible for any interest penalties arising from the belated payment as stipulated in the Information Disclosure. In case the Securities Registering Institution arranges the source of funds earlier than planned, the payment will be made before the announced extension time.
