- Execution rate: 100:25 (Shareholders are entitled to 25 new shares for every 100 shares they own)
- Rounding and handling of fractional shares: The number of shares each shareholder receives when issuing shares to pay dividends will be rounded to the nearest unit according to the rounding down principle. The decimal fraction (if any) will be cancelled and not issued.
- For example: On the record date for issuing additional shares to pay dividends, shareholder A owns 515 shares. With the exercise ratio of rights of 100:25, shareholder A will receive the corresponding number of additional shares: (515:100)*25=128.75 shares. According to the plan for handling fractional shares, the number of shares shareholder A receives is: 128 shares. The fractional shares of 0.75 shares in the decimal place will be cancelled.
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will complete procedures to receive dividends in shares at the headquarters of An Gia Real Estate Investment and Development Corporation (on weekdays) and present their Citizen Identification Card or Identity Card.
Depository members (DMs) are requested to compare the securities holders’ information in the List generated and sent in the form of Certificate of Authorization by VSDC with the information managed by DMs then send Confirmation (Form 03/THQ) in the form of Certificate of Authorization on the accuracy of the list of shareholders (For DMs who have not completed the connection to VSDC’s terminal-based gateway/ISO-based gateway or where the connection has been disrupted, the Confirmation with Certificate of Authorization shall be sent to thongbaoxacnhan@vsd.vn). In case of rejection due to data errors, VSDC's members are requested to send written notice on details of errors for necessary correction.
Deadline for sending confirmation: by 10.30 am, 12/08/2024.
If DMs do not send confirmation document by the above deadline, VSDC will consider the list provided to DMs and direct account holding members by VSDC accurate and confirmed. In case of arising disputes and losses to shareholders, DMs will have to bear all the related responsibilities.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs within 3 working days from the date on the notice.
