AGG: cancelling the list of shareholders exercising rights the postal ballot

Pursuant to the Notice no. 24/TB-AGI-IR dated 21/08/2024 of An Gia Real Estate Investment and Development Corporation on cancelling List of shareholders exercising rights the postal ballot, Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) - Hochiminh Branch would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the List of shareholders exercising rights the postal ballot, record date of 12/08/2024 in accordance with Notice no. 1508/TB-CNVSD dated 29/07/2024 by VSDC's Branch.
Reason: The Board of Directors of An Gia Real Estate Investment and Development JSC adjusted the document to collect shareholders' postal ballot and plans to collect shareholders' postal ballot later.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
Cancelling the List of shareholders exercising rights the postal ballot, record date of 12/08/2024 in accordance with Notice no. 1508/TB-CNVSD dated 29/07/2024 by VSDC's Branch.
