FLC: Cancellation of the list of shareholders for corporate actions

Pursuant to the document no. 40/2022/TB-TGĐ-FLC dated 16th December 2022 of FLC Group Joint Stock Company regarding cancellaton of the list of shareholders for 2022 annual general meeting on the record date of 4th November 2022, Vietnam Securities Depository would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the list of shareholders for 2022 annual general meeting, record date: 4th November 2022 in accordance with Notice 3144/TB-VSD dated 20th October 2022 by VSD
Reason: Currently, it is not eligible to hold 2022 Annual general meeting as stipulated.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
