Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) issued Guidlines to replace the Guidline on securities clearing and settlement, Guidline on depository members at VSD

On 19th August 2022, the Chief Executive Officer of VSD signed Decision No. 109/QD-VSD issuing Guideline on securities clearing and settlement at VSD to replace Guideline on securities clearing and settlement issued with Decision no. 211/QĐ-VSD dated 18th December 2015; Decision No. 110/QD-VSD issuing Guideline on depository member at VSD to replace Guideline on depository member issued with Decision no.112/QĐ-VSD dated 23rd August 2021.
