VLB: Cancellation of record date for corporate actions

Pursuant to the document no. 18/TB-VLXD dated 4th May 2020 of Bien Hoa Building Materials Production And Construction Joint Stock Company regarding the cancellation of record date for attending 2022 Annual General Meeting, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) - Hochiminh Branch would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the list of shareholders for 2022 Annual General Meeting, record date: 26th April 2022 (as notified by VSD in the Notice no. 626/TB-CNVSD dated 5th April 2022 by VSD's Branch).
Reason for cancellation: In order for the Company to have time to thoughtfully evaluate and prepare important contents before submitting to 2022 Annual General Meeting for consideration and approval.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
