VEC: Cancellation of the Record Date for Corporate Actions

Pursuant to the notice no.108TB/ĐT-HĐQT dated 8th April 2022 of VietNam Electronics And Informatics Joint Stock Corporation regarding cancellaton of the list of shareholders for 2022 annual general meeting, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the list of shareholders of VEC for 2022 annual general meeting, record date: 25th March 2022 in accordance with Notice 665/TB-VSD dated 3rd March 2022 by VSD.
Reason: VietNam Electronics And Informatics Joint Stock Corporation needs more time to carefully prepare meeting agenda/materials. The company will announce the record date for 2022 annual general meeting after having a specific plan.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
