VKC: Cancellation of the List of Shareholders for Corporate Actions

Pursuant to the notice no.70/2022/CV/VKC dated 1st April 2022 of VKC Holdings Joint Stock Company regarding cancellaton of the list of shareholders for 2022 annual general meeting, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) - Hochiminh Branch would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the list of shareholders for 2022 annual general meeting, the record date of 25th March 2022 in accordance with Notice no.443/TB-CNVSD dated 9th March 2022 by VSD's Branch.
Reason: Because the Board of Directors needs time to finalize meeting materials to present to shareholders.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
