YEG: Cancellation of the Notice on Finalizing the List for Corporate Actions

Pursuant to the notice no.0104A/2022/YEG-TB dated 1st April 2022 of Yeah1 Group Corporation regarding cancellaton of the notice on finalizing the list for corporate actions (2nd time), Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) - Hochiminh Branch would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the record date of 15th April 2022 for 2022 annual general meeting in accordance with Notice no.594/TB-CNVSD dated 29th March 2022 by VSD's Branch.
Reason: the Issuer cancelled the record date of 15th April 2022 for 2022 annual general meeting because it needs time for preparing important issues in accordance with decision no.0104/2022/YEG/QĐ-HĐQT by the Board of Directors
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
