- Issue price: VND 10,000/share
- Execution rate: 100:40 (shareholders are entitled to 1 right for each share that they own and to buy 40 new shares for 100 rights).
- Principle of rounding, handling fractional shares, unsubscribed shares:
*Principle of rounding: the number of shares entitled to buy will be rounded down to the whole number
*Principle of rounding, handling fractional shares: the number of decimal fractional shares (if any) will be handled in accordance with principle of handling unsubscribed shares
Example: shareholder A who owns 154 shares is entitled to buy 154*40/100 = 61.6 shares. According to the above principle of handling fractional shares, shareholder A is entitled to buy 61 new shares. The 0.6 fractional shares will be handled in accordance with principle of handling unsubscribed shares.
*Principle of handling unsubscribed shares:
The number of unsubscribed shares (including the number of remaining shares due to shareholders not exercising their  rights, not making payment, and the number of fractional shares arising due to rounding) will be offered by the Board of Directors to interested investors (including existing shareholders) at an offering price not lower than that offered to existing shareholders.
In case of further distribution, the General Meeting authorizes the Board of Directors to decide on the criteria and list of investors eligible to purchase undistributed shares. The distribution of unsold shares complies with the provisions of Article 42 of Decree 155/2020/ND-CP dated 31/12/2020 by the Government and Article 195 of the Law on Enterprises.
In case of expiry of the time limit for distributing this number of shares as prescribed by prevailing laws but the distribution is still not complete, those shares will be cancelled, the Company will end the offering and increase the charter capital according to the actual number of shares issued.
*Relevant restrictions:
+ Additional shares offered to existing shareholders are not subject to transfer restrictions.
+ Shareholders who own shares with transfer restrictions are still entitled to purchase additionally offered shares. The number of additional shares purchased from exercising the  rights is not subject to transfer restrictions.
+ The number of undistributed shares offered to other investors arising from rounding will not be subject to transfer restrictions.
+ The number of undistributed shares offered to other investors due to shareholders not exercising the rights or not paying the purchase money will be subject to transfer restrictions for 1 year from the date of the offering completion.

+ Time period for right transfer: from 03/02/2025 to 20/02/2025.
+ Right is transferred once and is not transferred to the 3rd party
- Regulations on subscription:
+ Time period for subscription and payment: from 03/02/2025 to 03/03/2025.

+ The holders whose shares have been deposited have to make transfer of purchase right, subscription and payment at the depository members (DMs) where they opened depository accounts.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will make transfer of purchase right, subscription and payment at Yeah1 Group Corporation, 140 Nguyen Van Thu, Da Kao ward, district 1, Hochiminh city.

Schedule for DMs to process right issue with VSDC is detailed in the attached file.
Depository members (DMs) are requested to compare the securities holders’ information in the List generated and sent in the form of Certificate of Authorization by VSDC with the information managed by DMs then send Confirmation (Form 03/THQ) in the form of Certificate of Authorization on the accuracy of the list of shareholders (For DMs who have not completed the connection to VSDC’s terminal-based gateway/ISO-based gateway or where the connection has been disrupted, the Confirmation with Certificate of Authorization shall be sent to thongbaoxacnhan@vsd.vn). In case of rejection due to data errors, DMs are requested to send written notice on details of errors for necessary correction.
Deadline for sending confirmation: by 10.30 am, 22/01/2025.
If DMs do not send confirmation document by the above deadline, VSDC will consider the list provided to DMs by VSDC tobe accurate and confirmed. In case of arising disputes and losses to shareholders, DMs will have to bear all the related responsibilities.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs within 03 working days from the date on the notice.
