PLX: Cancellation of the record date for 2022 Extraordinary general meeting

Pursuant to the document no. 0139/PLX-HĐQT dated 14th February 2022 of Vietnam National Petroleum Group on cancelling the record date for 2022 Extraordinary general meeting, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the record date of 22nd February 2022 for 2022 Extraordinary general meeting in accordance with Notice no. 326/TB-VSD dated 10th February 2022 by VSD’s Branch.
Reason: Because the organization of the Extraordinary General Meeting is undecided due to waiting for opinions of the regulators, the planned record date sent to VSD has not fully comply with the provisions of Circular No. 96/2020/TT-BTC dated 16th November 2020 of the Ministry of Finance.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs
