PLX: Cancellation of the Record date for 2023 Annual General meeting

Pursuant to the document no. 0452/PLX-HĐQT dated 28th March 2023 of Vietnam National Petroleum Group on cancelling the record date for 2023 annual general meeting, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the record date of 31st March 2023 for 2023 annual general meeting in accordance with Notice no. 987/TB-VSD dated 15th March 2023 by VSD.
Reason: Vietnam National Petroleum Group prepares more carefully the meeting agenda and materials.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
Cancelling the record date of 31st March 2023 for 2023 annual general meeting in accordance with Notice no. 987/TB-VSD dated 15th March 2023 by VSD.
