SD9: Change of dividend payment date

According to Document No. 771CT/TCKT dated 7th December 2021 of Song Da No 9 Joint Stocks Company (securities code: SD9), Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) would like to announce change of time of 2017 cash dividend payment (the record date 20/09/2018) as follows:
- Payment time announced in Document no. 6653/VSD-ĐK.NV dated 29th June 2021: 31st December 2021
Adjusted payment time: 30th December 2022
Reason: the Company needs capital for production & business and due to the impact of Covid-19 epidemic, the Company is unable to arrange sufficient money for 2017 dividend payment
Other contents in the notice no.6653/VSD-ĐK.NV dated 29th June 2021 by VSD remain unchanged.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited SD9 shares at DMs.
