QCG: Cancellation of the list of shareholders for corporate actions

Pursuant to the document no. 09.11/TB-QCG dated 9th November 2021 of Quoc Cuong Gia Lai Joint Stock Company on cancelling the list of shareholders for 2021 annual general meeting, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) - Hochiminh Branch would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the list of shareholders for 2021 annual general meeting, the record date of 18th June 2021 in accordance with Notice no. 948/TB-CNVSD dated 1st June 2021 by VSD.
Reason: due to the complicated situation of Covid-19, difficulty in travelling, and social distancing as stipulated by laws.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
