Pursuant to the document no. 90/CV-DL dated 26th October 2021 of Daklaktourist on cancelling the list of shareholders for 2021 annual general meeting, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) - Hochiminh Branch would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the list of shareholders for 2021 annual general meeting, record date: 15th June 2021 in accordance with Notice no. 931/TB-CNVSD dated 31st May 2021 by VSD.
Reason: Due to the outbreak of Covid-19 epidemic in late April 2021 and the fact that the epidemic has not been under control, especially, the Covid-19 epidemic is breaking out badly in Hanoi and Hochiminh City with city-level social distancing being exercised.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
