ING: Cancellation of the List of Shareholders for Corporate Actions

Pursuant to the document no. 04/10/CV.INV dated 15th October 2021 of Investment & Construction Development Corporation on cancelling the list of shareholders for 2021 annual general meeting, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) – Hochiminh Branch would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the list of securities owners for 2021 annual general meeting on the record date 21st June 2021 in accordance with Notice no. 939/TB-CNVSD dated 1st June 2021 by VSD.
Reason: due to the outbreak of Covid 19 epidemic in Ho Chi Minh City, the whole city implemented Directive 16 of the Prime Minister, so the Company has to temporarily postpone the organization of Annual General Meeting in accordance with regulations on pandemic prevention and control.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs
