The cancellation of securities registration at VSDC shall not affect the lawful rights and interests of securities holders. Investment & Construction Development Corporation shall be responsible for managing information on the securities and their holders after the securities have been deregistered at VSDC, continuing to ensure the exercise of the lawful rights and interests of securities holders (if any) in accordance with prevailing laws, and re-issuing the Share Ownership Certificates/passbooks to holders of deposited securities based on the List of Securities Holders provided by VSDC to Investment & Construction Development Corporation after the effective date of deregistration.
Investment & Construction Development Corporation and institutions, individuals participating in the process of preparing documents and dossiers for bond registration must be responsible before the law for the legality, accuracy, truthfullness and completeness of the dossiers; Institutions and individuals participating in the confirmation of documents and dossiers must be responsible before the law within the scope related to those documents and dossiers according to the provisions of Clause 1, Article 11a of the Securities Law No. 54/2019/QH14 dated November 26, 2019, supplemented by Clause 4, Article 1 of Law No. 56/2024/QH15 dated 29/11/2024.
From 15/12/2025, the securities code and ISIN assigned by VSDC for the above-mentioned securities will cease to be valid, and VSDC will not provide registration, depository, or clearing and settlement services for the  ING shares. On 15/12/2025, VSDC will send an MT596 business message along with a data file notifying the accounting of securities to the relevant DMs. DMs are requested to process the withdrawal accounting of deposited securities in the investors’ accounts on the effective date of deregistration and to notify the relevant investors to contact Investment & Construction Development Corporation to complete procedures for the issuance of the passbooks/Share Ownership Certificates.
